You don't need it figured out yet.

Most people come to us somewhere between a spreadsheet and a hunch. Both work.

You might arrive with

“We want to take 150 employees somewhere warm in February.”

That's enough. We'll come back with destinations, hotels, and a rough budget range to react to.

Or with

A confirmed date, a venue, a headcount, and a deck.

Also fine. We'll pick up whichever pieces are still open and run the parts you'd rather not.

Planning shouldn't feel like another job.

01

Tell us what you're planning.

A full brief or a single sentence. Dates, headcount, city, budget — whatever you already know. We'll ask about the rest.

02

We come back with options.

Venues, hotels, restaurants, activities, vendors. Real availability and real numbers, usually within a few days.

03

We build the plan.

One proposal with the whole event in it: schedule, costs, logistics. You edit it with us until it's right.

04

We make it happen.

Contracts, deposits, vendors, guest communication, and someone on site the day of. You show up with your team.

As much or as little as you need.

Some teams hand us the whole event. Others just need a venue found or a hundred people fed. We're happy either way.
